These terms govern the use of Wablar, a product of Paylus Estudio. By registering for or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the platform.
1. Description of the Service
Wablar is a platform that enables users to automate and manage conversations through WhatsApp.
Depending on each account’s configuration, conversations may be handled by people, automations, or artificial intelligence.
2. Eligibility and Account
To use Wablar, you must:
- Be of legal age.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keep your access credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Compliance with Third-Party Policies
The use of Wablar is subject not only to these terms but also to the applicable policies of WhatsApp, Meta, and any other providers used by the service.
The customer is responsible for complying with such policies at all times.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Obtain any permissions or authorizations required by applicable law before communicating with your users.
- Respect the rights of third parties.
- Keep the information used by the service updated whenever necessary.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Wablar for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Spam or unauthorized communications.
- Distribution of malware or harmful content.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
- Unauthorized processing of personal data.
- Activities prohibited by the policies of WhatsApp, Meta, or any integrated provider.
6. Privacy and Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
When Wablar processes data on behalf of a customer, the customer remains responsible for that data and for obtaining any required authorizations for its processing.
7. Intellectual Property
Wablar, its software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and related materials are the property of Paylus Estudio or their respective licensors.
These terms do not grant any intellectual property rights other than the right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Data and content provided by customers remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Service Availability
Although we strive to keep the service continuously available, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or services provided by third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paylus Estudio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or interruptions attributable to third parties, including infrastructure providers, artificial intelligence providers, WhatsApp, or Meta.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service when:
- These terms are violated.
- The policies of WhatsApp, Meta, or other applicable providers are violated.
- It is necessary to protect the security, stability, or integrity of the service.
- Required by a competent authority.
Users may stop using the service at any time.
Upon termination, the procedure described in Data Deletion will apply.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms whenever necessary.
The current version will be published on this page together with its effective date.
